There are 2 types of steamers. Menthol, made with Menthol Crystals and Camphor Essential Oil and Eucalyptus which has Eucalyptus and Orange Essential Oils. Each bag comes with 6 individual steamers. Each steamer will last for a 10 minute shower if out of the direct spray of the water. The hotter the shower and the higher up you place them will determine how strong the scent will be. They can be placed on the bottom of the shower, in a soap dish or on a suction rack on the wall. Just make sure water indirectly hits them. They will activate just like a bath bomb.
